Advancing data-driven product support and resilient warfighting sustainment

Systecon North America will participate in the 2026 Product Support Manager (PSM) Workshop, taking place August 18–20 at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

Hosted by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Sustainment, the annual workshop brings together product support leaders from across the military departments, government and industry to address the policies, practices and technologies shaping defense sustainment.

Systecon will contribute to the program through two speaking engagements focused on enterprise data, advanced analytics and stronger product support decisions.

Data-Driven Collaboration for Resilient Warfighting Sustainment

Modern sustainment decisions depend on information distributed across operators, maintainers, program offices, suppliers and industry partners. When that data remains isolated, organizations lose the visibility and speed needed to anticipate risk and sustain operational readiness.

This panel will examine how government and industry can improve enterprise data sharing, break down organizational silos and apply analytics and AI to accelerate decision-making. The discussion will focus on building a more connected and resilient sustainment enterprise capable of supporting the warfighter under increasingly complex operational conditions.

Leveraging Data Analytics in Product Support

Product support leaders must continually balance readiness, cost, risk and resource constraints across the system lifecycle. Justin Woulfe will discuss how advanced modeling, simulation and analytics can help leaders evaluate those tradeoffs before committing resources or implementing changes.

The session will explore how data analytics can support decisions involving availability, maintenance capacity, spare-parts posture, lifecycle cost and operational resilience—turning complex product-support data into defensible, mission-focused insight.
