Several types of user support are provided for Opus Suite:

An online Help function is installed with each Opus Suite product and is most easily reached by pressing the F1 key within the tool. The F1 help function is context sensitive and thus shows information relevant to the area of the tool that is currently active. The help content can also be browsed and searched. Most likely you will find answers to your questions here.

Opus Suite user manuals are available in pdf-format on the installation CD provided in the delivery of the tools. After installation, the manuals are located in the installation folder on your PC. The manuals include the same content as the online help, but are formatted for printing and offline reading. If you are not able to access the documents, please contact Systecon or your nearest representative for a copy.

To find out what has changed between different Opus Suite releases, see the What’s New section of the online help function or the User’s Reference.

Systecon has an international network of qualified representatives that provide local help desk support for the tools in the Opus Suite. Please do not hesitate to contact the nearest Systecon representative if you have any questions.  If you are unable to locate a representative for your area, contact Systecon help desk.
