Extended agreement with SL

SL (Stockholm Transport) has extended the framework agreement with Systecon for project management, resource analysis and risk management until 2013.

Systecon is currently involved in a number of projects for modernization of Stockholm’s public transport, including the upgrade of the Red Subway line, project management of a new depot at Nyboda, acquisition support for the new X15 vehicles for Roslagsbanan, acquisition of new A35 vehicles for the expansion of Tvärbanan, RAMS project management for C30 and project support for X60.

In the acquisition of the new A35 vehicles for Tvärbanan, Systecon is responsible for quality control and project management within RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety).  Systecon have been involved since the project began in August 2009, when the RFP specifications were developed, through the acquisition phase and will continue in the delivery phase.

The upgrade of Roslagsbanan´s 101 vehicles is another project where Systecon is involved in project management with responsibility for developing of technical specifications for  the upgrade, the contract and RFP documentation, tender evaluation model,negotiations with bidders and contract signing with the selected supplier.
