Systecon have been involved in the procurement of the new subway trains since the start of the project in 2009. Our team has been responsible for subproject RAMS / LCC which includes areas Lifetime Cost, Reliability, Safety, Documentation and Training. Moreover Systecon assisted with expertise in the areas of Quality Management and Procurement.
