Systecon highly rated in brand survey

12 September 2011

A brand is the external impression of a product, service or organization. The brand is the basis for buyers’appraisal , interest and purchase decisions. Systecon in cooperation with Brand Clinic has conducted a brand assessment to evaluate for instance “How well known is the brand Systecon in comparison to others in the industry?” and “How are the brands Systecon, OPUS10, SIMLOX and CATLOC perceived by the market?”

The survey asked various questions in order to assess Systecon´s brands, and compare them to other companies and brands in the area of system logistics. The term “system logistics”, which was used throughout the survey, means that from a holistic view of technical systems and their support organizations plan, integrate and implement activities which aim at reaching the appropriate availability and the best overall economy throughout the entire lifecycle of the technical system.

The brand assessment was conducted as an email survey that was sent to relevant key persons and decision makers. The results for Systecon and the software suite's three brands OPUS10, SIMLOX and CATLOC were exceptionally positive. Nearly all of the respondents were familiar with Systecon and the tool suite and had strong and positive opinions and experiences. Systecon was considered to be a well established authority in the field  and a provider of proven methods. Many of Systecon's clients said they had enough confidence in Systecon and our tools to consider themselves as ambassadors for the brands.

- "We rarely saw such positive results for a brand before this survey. Systecon indeed has an incredibly strong and well-established brand and software tools." Bengt Håkansson, Brand Clinic

We intend to continue maintaining and developing these brands in the hope of further improving their strengths and reputation. Without bragging, we wish to communicate what we do best; system logistics, reliability, maintenance and cost efficiency.

For every response to the survey, 5 EUR was donated to Save the Children Foundation.
